For added peace of mind, Entrupy offers a one-year financial guarantee. If an item is later proven to be inauthentic, Entrupy will cover the full cost of the item, providing you with a refund. So, if you ever encounter an issue with the authenticity of your product, Entrupy will reimburse you for the full purchase price. This multi-layered approach, combining advanced technology and a financial safety net, ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing your purchase is backed by a reliable authentication process and robust insurance protection.

For purchases over $1500, we’ll automatically include the Entrupy certification receipt with your order. For purchases under $1500, you have the option to add the Entrupy certification for just $25. Rest assured, every item we sell is fully authenticated, so you can shop with confidence knowing the authenticity of your product is guaranteed.

If you wish to re-authenticate your bag after the one-year financial guarantee for Entrupy’s insurance policy has passed, you can send your bag to us at your cost, and for just $25, we will handle the recertification for you.
