For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing an Entrupy Authentication Certificate with your order. If authenticity is ever questioned, you may file a claim directly with Entrupy for a full refund of your purchase made with us. This certificate serves as official documentation of our authentication process and provides additional protection for your investment.

Any individual bag priced at $1,500 or more will automatically include an Entrupy Authentication Certificate at no extra cost. For bags priced under $1,500, the certificate can be added for an additional fee at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
